You'll have the opportunity to go back and check that you correctly entered the credit card number, expiration date and CVV code, or enter a new card number. It is important that if you receive an error message you contact your credit card issuer as they may process several authorizations if you continue trying to place an order. Authorizations that appear despite an error message are not confirmations. They are attempts on your behalf from your Credit Card Company or bank to place an order. These authorizations place a hold on your account but do NOT withdraw funds from your account. They can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to disappear from your account. Ordering from 16 Underground, Inc. is easy. See something you want? Choose your size and color/pattern where applicable. Next, add it to your shopping bag by clicking the "Submit" button. You can track the total amount of items in your order while you shop by viewing the "View Cart" link at the top of every page. Your shopping bag can hold an unlimited number of items. Click on "View Cart" to review its contents and remove items at any time. When you're finished shopping, click on the "View Cart" button, where you'll fill out your billing and shipping information. Please keep in mind that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. After you have completed placing your order with16 Underground, Inc., you'll receive an email with your order number, so it's important that you save the message! Once we've located all of your items, we will send you another email informing you that your order has been shipped. We will provide you with a UPS tracking number (via email) so you can keep tabs on your order until it gets delivered to your door! 16 Underground, Inc. will make every attempt to ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. The length of time the order takes to get to you once it has been shipped depends on the shipping option you choose.
16 Underground, Inc. ships only within the United States and Canada. Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout.
NOTE: Orders confirmed before 11:00 AM PST, will be processed and are usually shipped within 1-3 days.
"Express" orders confirmed after 11:00 AM PST, will be processed the following business day. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship orders on weekends and holidays.

How is sales tax calculated?
It is very important that your order is processed correctly. We are required to collect tax on all sales made where we have a physical presence. Currently that is limited within the state of California. Please note that onscreen totals reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable state and local taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped. Please note that all merchandise is properly inspected before shipping. Please read our sizing guidelines below closely. If an item that has been ordered is no longer available, we will credit your card in the amount of the total cost of the unavailable item(s), plus Shipping & Handling and taxes (if applicable). 16 Underground, Inc. specializes in purchasing well known brands that are often found in the major department stores and boutiques in the United States. Customers, many times, will find their merchandise arriving with original suggested retail tags well above the price he or she paid. In order to protect the branded merchandise that we offer and to maintain the relationship we have with the brands, we do not and will not advertise the brand names.
