You can track the total amount of items in your order while you shop by viewing the "View Cart" link at the top of every page. Your shopping bag can hold an unlimited number of items. Click on "View Cart" to review its contents and remove items at any time. When you're finished shopping, click on the "View Cart" button, where you'll fill out your billing and shipping information. Please keep in mind that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. After you have completed placing your order with16 Underground, Inc., you'll receive an email with your order number, so it's important that you save the message! Once we've located all of your items, we will send you another email informing you that your order has been shipped. We will provide you with a UPS tracking number (via email) so you can keep tabs on your order until it gets delivered to your door! 16 Underground, Inc. will make every attempt to ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. The length of time the order takes to get to you once it has been shipped depends on the shipping option you choose.

NOTE: Orders confirmed before 11:00 AM PST, will be processed and are usually shipped within 1-3 days.
"Express" orders confirmed after 11:00 AM PST, will be processed the following business day. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship orders on weekends and holidays.

Customers, many times, will find their merchandise arriving with original suggested retail tags well above the price he or she paid. In order to protect the branded merchandise that we offer and to maintain the relationship we have with the brands, we do not and will not advertise the brand names.
